Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of brewed coffee
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients except for the coffee in a frother.
- Set frother to the hot setting.
- Pour the liquid into a mug with the brewed coffee and enjoy!
Variations:
- Use plant-based milk or regular dairy milk instead of almond milk.
- Use maple syrup or honey instead of coconut sugar.
- Add ice if you prefer an iced latte.
Notes:
- Does not store well so best to enjoy it fresh.
