The Fight On! Football Wellness Challenge is a football-themed challenge that encourages faculty and staff to participate in health and wellness activities over a six-week period. As we settle into the Fall semester, it’s important to have a healthy lifestyle game plan.

Register here and access your game card and rules sheet.

Tackle wellness activities to score touchdowns and field goals (aka raffle entries).
  • The more touchdowns you score, the greater your chances of winning a prize!
  • Tips and resources will be provided in weekly “Timeout” emails.

Email your game card and photos (optional)* to Suzzane Huynh by 5 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2022, to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a health-related prize!

Vitality is a wellness platform that offers resources to empower you for healthier living. Vitality also allows faculty and staff to save $480 on 2023 medical premiums if they complete a Vitality Health Review and Vitality Check anytime between now and Friday, Dec. 16, 2022. Find out more here.

The WorkWell Center provides confidential, no-cost counseling by licensed providers for personal and work-related concerns.
