Self-Care and Community Care
Although self-care involves active steps one can take to further support their personal and professional well-being, it is incomplete without involving the communities in which we are embedded.  Community care involves creating a culture of support, inclusion, connections, and wellness.

A Wholistic Approach to Reducing Work Related Stress and Burnout
“The average person spends more time working than any other daily activity of life” (Stoewen, D. L., 2016).  As such, reducing work related stress is critical to our personal well-being and to the well-being of our organization.

Family Caregiving

Balancing work and life responsibilities can feel like trying to master a complicated puzzle.  One piece to that puzzle may be finding support with caregiving.
