Vitality Health Review
Vitality is a wellness platform that offers resources to empower you for healthier living. Vitality also allows faculty and staff to save $480 on 2023 medical premiums if they complete a Vitality Health Review and Vitality Check anytime between now and Friday, Dec. 16, 2022. Find out more here.
The WorkWell Center provides confidential, no-cost counseling by licensed providers for personal and work-related concerns. Staff are highly skilled in the areas of crisis intervention, high-risk personal and work circumstances, stress management, self-care, and ways to improve faculty and staff health and well-being in the workplace.
