Fight On! Football Wellness Challenge

The Fight On! Football Wellness Challenge is a football-themed challenge that encourages faculty and staff to participate in health and wellness activities over a six-week period. As we settle into the Fall semester, it’s important to have a healthy lifestyle game plan.

To get started, check out this video message from USC Trojan Football Head Coach Lincoln Riley!

And don’t forget to show your Trojan spirit at the USC football games – check out the 2022 USC Football Schedule and get those tickets before they sell out.

To participate

Register here and access your game card and rules sheet.

Tackle wellness activities to score touchdowns and field goals (aka raffle entries).
  • The more touchdowns you score, the greater your chances of winning a prize!
  • Tips and resources will be provided in weekly “Timeout” emails.

Email your game card and photos (optional)* to Suzzane Huynh by 5 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2022, to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a health-related prize!

*By sending your photo(s), you confirm that we can use them in the Employee Gateway, the Fight On! Football Wellness Challenge Program Summary (for internal use), and/or in future materials and communications from the USC WorkWell Center.
