“EatWell Bites” is a nutrition education series providing practical tips, hands-on demonstrations, and resources to help you make balanced food and lifestyle choices.
Faculty and staff are invited to join the virtual 30-minute webinars at 12:15 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month, January through June 2025. Please note that January’s session will take place on the second Thursday due to the university holiday.
Developed as part of USC’s Healthy Campus initiative, EatWell Bites is hosted by a cross-functional EatWell Subcommittee, which is comprised of:
