Wellness Challenge
USC Mission: Possible 2
Calling all secret agents for the return of Mission: Possible. Join your colleagues for this six-week, team-based wellness challenge for a chance to work on your wellness with opportunities for prizes. Missions start on Sept. 20.

EatWell Bites
The monthly “EatWell Bites” webinars continue in 2025. Join the bite-sized sessions from January to June for practical tips, hands-on demonstrations, and resources to help you make more balanced food and lifestyle choices.

WalkUSC
WalkUSC is an on-campus and remote program led by volunteer faculty and staff. If you’re looking to improve your health, get outside, and connect with colleagues across campus, consider joining a weekly event to walk, roll, or move in any way you prefer with WalkUSC!
