USC Mission: Possible 3

A four-week, team-based wellness challenge for USC faculty and staff

The USC WorkWell Center welcomes you to Mission: Possible 3! If creating new healthy habits sometimes seems impossible, Mission: Possible 3 is here to help. Become a “secret agent” and celebrate USC’s Unifying Value of well-being during this four-week, team-based wellness challenge from Sept. 25 to Oct. 26, 2026.

To participate

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to:

  • Create a team of four agents from inside or outside your school or unit, and assign your team’s lead agent. The lead agent will register your team on the Mission: Possible 3 portal and invite teammates to join the team. The lead agent will need each team member’s email.
    • If you don’t have a team of four, please register on the Mission: Possible 3 portal and search for a team to join or contact WorkWell Mission Command and we will help match you with other program participants. You also have the option to create and lead your own team.
  • Complete your mission assignment – You will receive an email every week with a video transmission from WorkWell Mission Command with your mission assignment (or check back here for updates), along with “briefings” of tips and resources on how to successfully accomplish each mission.
  • Log your missions on the Mission: Possible 3 portal, under the “My Missions” tab. Complete as many missions as you can. The more missions your team completes, the greater your chances are at earning a team raffle prize!
  • Join the Mission: Possible 3 celebration at the end of the challenge to connect and recognize teams.

Register here for the mission kickoff at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9 to get intel about the program logistics and connect with other agents.

Missions

Mission 1: Track the amount of water consumed.

Mission 1: Track the amount of water consumed.

Date: Sunday, September 27 through Saturday, October 3

Description: Track the amount of water consumed for the next week.
To successfully complete this mission, your team must accumulate at least 1,792 ounces of water. That means you and your teammates each need to average about 64 ounces of water seven days a week.

This mission is focused on just plain water. Even though we can hydrate from other sources, our mission is simple – H20. You can incorporate water in many ways. Leave a full bottle of water on your nightstand and be ready to conquer your water goals first thing in the morning. Bookend your day with water and drink a cup in the morning and a cup before bed. Have your favorite water bottle filled and ready to sip while working. Take sips throughout the day or on the hour. You can also fill up your water bottle at one of the many water bottle refilling stations at USC. Close out your evening with sparkling water with a fresh squeeze of lemon or lime for a refreshing finish to your day.

Don’t forget to enter your information into the Mission: Possible 3 on-line tracker and send us photos of your progress. Next week, you will receive a new mission to complete.

Good luck and drink up!
