Walk On with WalkUSC!
WalkUSC is an on-campus and remote program led by volunteer faculty and staff aimed at creating a culture of movement and social connection through group activity. If you’re looking to improve your health, get outside, and connect with colleagues across campus and remotely, consider joining a weekly event to walk, roll, or move in any way you prefer with WalkUSC!
This program is open to all eligible individuals. The WorkWell Center operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the University’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited factor.
Upcoming Themed Walks!
Take a Midday Wellness Break: Walk with USC Fitness Trainers
Step away from your desk and get moving with colleagues!
WalkUSC, in partnership with Recreation Sports, is hosting a Walk with USC Fitness Trainers on Tuesday, February 24 at 12:00 pm.
We’ll meet at Tommy Trojan on the University Park Campus and enjoy a relaxed 20–30 minute walk while chatting with USC Fitness Trainers. This is a great opportunity to ask questions about exercise, proper form, training tips, and simple ways to stay active—no fitness experience required.
Come for the movement, stay for the conversation, and leave feeling refreshed.
For more information, contact Scott Teves, Senior Fitness Programs Advisor or Julie Chobdee, Associate Director, Health & Well-being Program at Jchobdee@usc.edu.
