Walk On with WalkUSC!
WalkUSC is an on-campus and remote program led by volunteer faculty and staff aimed at creating a culture of movement and social connection through group activity. If you’re looking to improve your health, get outside, and connect with colleagues across campus and remotely, consider joining a weekly event to walk, roll, or move in any way you prefer with WalkUSC!
This program is open to all eligible individuals. The WorkWell Center operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the University’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited factor.
WalkUSC Introduces Guest Walk Leaders
Walk, Connect, and Engage with USC Leaders
WalkUSC is expanding opportunities for faculty and staff to connect through movement by introducing Guest Walk Leaders Series. Join us each month for a 20-minute walk or roll designed to help you recharge, connect with colleagues, and get to know USC leaders and their teams. Learn about campus well-being resources and earn participation incentives.
All are welcome to participate in a way that feels comfortable—whether walking or rolling at your own pace, joining for part of the route, or simply being present to connect with others. WalkUSC is one of USC Healthy Campus’ signature programs, providing a simple way and enjoyable way to prioritize your mental and physical health, build community, and stay active during the workday.
If you have questions or would like to request accommodations to support your participation, email Julie Chobdee, Associate Director, Health & Well-Being Program, at Jchobdee@usc.edu.
