MoveWell

The USC WorkWell Center is pleased to share programs and resources to help USC faculty and staff move more throughout the day. Whether you are working remotely or on-site, we encourage you to take advantage of the many opportunities to improve your health & well-being and contribute to a culture of movement at USC!

These programs and resources are made possible through partnerships with Environmental Health & Safety, Health Plans, Occupational Therapy, Office of Transportation, Recreational Sports, and Yoga USC.

Programs and resources

Benefits-eligible employees and their families have access to Gympass, a complete wellbeing platform that provides convenient, affordable access to a wide variety of valuable resources such as thousands of gyms and studios, 1:1 virtual training, live online classes, and a library of wellness apps ranging from meditation to nutrition – all simplified through one monthly membership.

Download the free Gympass app or visit gympass.com/us to get started. Still have questions? Visit our Help Center here.

Yoga USC is a home base for all yoga related activities on the USC campus. It serves as a resource guide for existing departmental classes, an educational tool for greater understanding of yoga’s many benefits, and offers specialized classes designed to bring together students, faculty and staff.

For more information, visit the Ask a Question page to contact Sara Ivanhoe, Yoga Director of Yoga USC.

Intramural Sports offers USC faculty and staff the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports at various levels of competition. Participation is more leisurely than Club Sports as competition ranges from one-day tournaments to six-week leagues. The goal of Intramural Sports is to promote an active lifestyle and positive work environment.
