USC faculty and staff have spent the last year adjusting to a new normal of teaching, working, learning, and living. As on-campus activities begin to resume, many face the challenge of maintaining current work and personal life routines and healthy habits and environments.
This past fall’s Healthy Habits Webinar Series, hosted by the WorkWell Center, featured expert partners across campus as they provided strategies and resources to help navigate the transition and recovery from pandemic life while continuing or establishing long-lasting healthy habits.
