Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of frozen asparagus
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Dash of black pepper
- 2 beef tenderloin steaks (4 ounces each)
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and add frozen asparagus.
- Cook for 5 minutes and then drizzle with oil, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the tenderloin steaks on top and season with black pepper.
- Cook tenderloin steaks for 7 minutes and enjoy!
Variations:
- Use tuna steaks instead of beef tenderloin steaks if avoiding red meat.
- Use fresh asparagus in place of frozen asparagus.
Notes:
- Does not store well best to consume fresh.
