Ingredients:
- Salmon filet: 3 oz
- Broccoli, cut into florets: 1/2 cup
- Lemon, thinly sliced: 1/4 lemon
- Olive oil: 3/4 tsp
- Salt and pepper: 1/5 tsp
Directions:
- Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350-400ºF.
- Add salmon filet to the center of the sheet pan, surrounded by the broccoli, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add lemon slices to the top of the salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to the oven or air fryer and bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
