Baked Salmon and Broccoli

Equipment: oven or air fryer, sheet pan


  • Salmon filet: 3 oz
  • Broccoli, cut into florets: 1/2 cup
  • Lemon, thinly sliced: 1/4 lemon
  • Olive oil: 3/4 tsp
  • Salt and pepper: 1/5 tsp


  1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350-400ºF.
  2. Add salmon filet to the center of the sheet pan, surrounded by the broccoli, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Add lemon slices to the top of the salmon. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer to the oven or air fryer and bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
