Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Equipment: air fryer, kitchen tongs, parchment paper


Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces of cauliflower flower florets  
  • ¼ teaspoon of buffalo seasoning  
  • 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce  

Directions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F.  
  2. While the air fryer is preheating, line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and add the pre-washed cauliflower florets. 
  3. Sprinkle the cauliflower florets with buffalo seasoning and air fry for 5 mins.  
  4. Once fully cooked, serve on a plate, douse in buffalo sauce, and enjoy! 

Variations:

  • Use broccoli florets instead of cauliflower florets.  

Notes:

  • Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for no more than 1 to 2 days. 
  • Reheat in the microwave for 1 minute.

  • Cauliflower is a great source of vitamin C and folate.

  • Purchase frozen cauliflower florets drumsticks instead of fresh cauliflower florets to save money.
