  • Hard-boiled egg, chopped: 1/2 egg

  • Salt and pepper: 1/4 tsp


  1. Spread greek yogurt on one of the bread slices and top with chopped chicken breasts, green leaf lettuce, chopped egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover with the remaining bread slice.
