Crispy Balsamic Glazed Broccoli Florets

Equipment: air fryer, kitchen tongs, parchment paper


Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces of broccoli florets   
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 
  • ¼ tsp all-purpose seasoning  
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze  

Directions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F.  
  2. While the air fryer is preheating, line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and add pre-washed broccoli florets.  
  3. Drizzle with oil and all-purpose seasoning and cook for 5 minutes.  
  4. Once crispy, plate, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and enjoy! 

Variations:

  • Use avocado oil instead of olive oil. 
  • Use cauliflower florets in place of broccoli florets.  

Notes:

  • Does not store well because of the balsamic glaze so it is best to consume fresh.

  • Broccoli is an excellent source of non-heme iron and copper.
