Ingredients:
- 10 ounces of broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ tsp all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F.
- While the air fryer is preheating, line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and add pre-washed broccoli florets.
- Drizzle with oil and all-purpose seasoning and cook for 5 minutes.
- Once crispy, plate, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and enjoy!
Variations:
- Use avocado oil instead of olive oil.
- Use cauliflower florets in place of broccoli florets.
Notes:
- Does not store well because of the balsamic glaze so it is best to consume fresh.
