Grilled Cod with Cucumber

  • Cod filet: 6 oz
  • Cucumber, sliced: 2 oz
  • Lemon wedge: 1/2 lemon
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper: 1/4 tsp


  1. Place the cod filet in the center of the baking sheet, surrounded by the cucumber slices, and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC).
  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cod flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the grilled cod on the plate with cucumber and a lemon wedge on the side.
