Ingredients:
- Cod filet: 6 oz
- Cucumber, sliced: 2 oz
- Lemon wedge: 1/2 lemon
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- White vinegar: 1/2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper: 1/4 tsp
Directions:
- Place the cod filet in the center of the baking sheet, surrounded by the cucumber slices, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF (218ºC).
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cod flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the grilled cod on the plate with cucumber and a lemon wedge on the side.
