Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 8 ounces of water
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour the liquid into a glass cup, add a straw and enjoy!
Variations:
- Use any plant-based milk or regular dairy milk instead of water milk for a creamier texture.
- Use plant protein powder instead of vanilla whey protein to make the drink plant-based.
- If you prefer fresh spinach, add ice to keep drink cold.
