Ingredients:
- ¼ cup beef bone broth
- 14 ounces of 97/03 lean ground beef
- 4 tablespoons of taco seasoning
- Drizzle of habanero hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
- Heat frying pan on medium-high heat and add bone broth.
- Add lean ground beef to pan and sauté until meat is fully cooked and completely brown.
- Add taco seasoning to the meat.
- Serve with a drizzle of habanero hot sauce (optional) and enjoy!
Variations:
- Use vegetable broth instead of beef broth.
- Use tofu instead of ground beef to make the dish plant-based.
