Naan Mini Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 naan 
  • 1 sliced mushroom 
  • 1 tablespoon finely sliced red onion 
  • 5 sundried tomatoes 
  • Shredded gouda cheese 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
  2. Place the mushroom, red onion, sundried tomatoes, and gouda cheese on the bread. 
  3. Bake it for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.  

Variations:

  • You can add meat or fish.  
  •  A variety of ingredients can make this very customizable. 

Notes:

  • Serve fresh from the oven.
