Sandwich Ciabatta with Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 ciabatta bun 
  • ½ cup of greens (baby greens, arugula) 
  • 1 slice of mozzarella cheese 
  • 1 slice of ham 
  • 1 slice of prosciutto 
  • 4 sundried tomatoes 
  • 1 tablespoon of red onions 
  • 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise  
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil for a bun 

Directions:

  1. Warm up olive oil on the frying pan to toast the bun, 
  2. Put the greens, mozzarella cheese, meat, tomatoes, red onion, and mayonnaise on a cutting board. 
  3. Chop the ingredients until well combined. 
  4. Spread the paste on the bun and enjoy. 

Variations:

  • You can substitute the mayonnaise with low fat yogurt. 
  •  For a vegetarian option, omit the meat. 

Notes:

  • Best if consumed fresh with warm bread.
