Ingredients:
- 1 ciabatta bun
- ½ cup of greens (baby greens, arugula)
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice of ham
- 1 slice of prosciutto
- 4 sundried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of red onions
- 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil for a bun
Directions:
- Warm up olive oil on the frying pan to toast the bun,
- Put the greens, mozzarella cheese, meat, tomatoes, red onion, and mayonnaise on a cutting board.
- Chop the ingredients until well combined.
- Spread the paste on the bun and enjoy.
Variations:
- You can substitute the mayonnaise with low fat yogurt.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat.

- Best if consumed fresh with warm bread.
