Ingredients:
- 8 ounces white mushrooms
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
Directions:
- Slice mushrooms and dice onion into ½ inch cubes.
- Melt butter in the frying pan and add mushroom to the melted butter.
- Cook mushrooms for about 2 minutes, then add onion and spices and sauté onion until it is translucent.
- Add sour cream to the mixture and keep it on medium heat for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add seasonings and herbs and serve.
Variations:
- You can use dry basil or oregano as well.
Notes:
- This dish can be served as a side on its own or with flat bread.
