Steamed Eggs with Carrots

Equipment: round container, steamer, lid


  • Egg: 1
  • Carrots, sliced: 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt and pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Water: 1/2 cup


  1. Crack open the egg in a bowl and add water. Give it a good mix.
  2. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Add sliced carrots to the mixture and mix well again.
  4. Take a round container and pour the egg mixture into the container. 
  5. Add 1 cup of water to the steamer. Place the container with egg mixture in the steamer. Cover with lid and steam for 10-15 minutes.
