Ingredients:
- Egg: 1
- Carrots, sliced: 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
- Salt and pepper: 1/4 tsp
- Water: 1/2 cup
Directions:
- Crack open the egg in a bowl and add water. Give it a good mix.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
- Add sliced carrots to the mixture and mix well again.
- Take a round container and pour the egg mixture into the container.
- Add 1 cup of water to the steamer. Place the container with egg mixture in the steamer. Cover with lid and steam for 10-15 minutes.
