Ingredients:
- 2 cups of strawberries washed and cut
- ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons light or dark brown sugar
Directions:
- Slice the strawberries and put aside.
- Mix the sugar and sour cream in a bowl.
- Take a mug or a glass cup and place 5 slices of strawberries inside.
- Top each cup with 2 tablespoons of the sour cream mixture.
Variations:
- Try swapping out the strawberries for other fruit like blueberries, raspberries, and peaches.
- Try using non-fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Notes:
- The cream can be made in advance and held up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
