Simple Strawberries Romanoff

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of strawberries washed and cut
  • ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons light or dark brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice the strawberries and put aside.
  2. Mix the sugar and sour cream in a bowl.
  3. Take a mug or a glass cup and place 5 slices of strawberries inside.
  4. Top each cup with 2 tablespoons of the sour cream mixture.

Variations:

  • Try swapping out the strawberries for other fruit like blueberries, raspberries, and peaches.
  • Try using non-fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

Notes:

  • The cream can be made in advance and held up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
