Ingredients:
- Tomatoes, canned: 8 oz
- Onions, peeled, diced: 4 oz
- Celery, trimmed, diced: 3 oz
- Green cabbage, shredded: 6 oz
- Carrots, diced: 3 oz
- Corn, frozen: 2 oz
- Water: 8 cups
Directions:
- Pour water in a large pot and heat the water over high heat.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients, and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season to taste.
