Vegetable Soup

  • Tomatoes, canned: 8 oz
  • Onions, peeled, diced: 4 oz
  • Celery, trimmed, diced: 3 oz
  • Green cabbage, shredded: 6 oz
  • Carrots, diced: 3 oz
  • Corn, frozen: 2 oz
  • Water: 8 cups


  1. Pour water in a large pot and heat the water over high heat.
  2. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.  
  3. Add all other ingredients, and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Season to taste.
