EatWell Bites

“EatWell Bites” is a nutrition education series providing practical tips, hands-on demonstrations, and resources to help you make balanced food and lifestyle choices.

Faculty and staff are invited to join the virtual 30-minute webinars, held at 12:15 p.m. on the second Thursday of January, then the first Thursday of each month, February through May.

Developed as part of USC’S Healthy Campus initiative, EatWell Bites is hosted by a cross-functional EatWell Subcommittee, which is comprised of:
