Ingredients:
- 1 lb. pork loin
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- Herbs of choice: rosemary, cumin, marjoram
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Directions:
- Rub the meat with all the spices and oil and leave it in the fridge overnight.
- The following day, wrap the meat in aluminum, set the oven to 375 °F, and bake the meat for about 25 minutes.
- Once done, take the meat out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
Variations:
- Use your favorite herbs, such as thyme, mint, paprika.
Notes:
- This dish makes for a great protein option for lunch or dinner.
- Once it is cold, you can use it as deli meat with horseradish for extra flavor.
