Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks

Equipment: air fryer, kitchen tongs, parchment paper


Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken drumsticks  
  • ¼ teaspoon of buffalo seasoning  
  • 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce  

Directions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F. 
  2. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and add chicken drumsticks. 
  3. Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with buffalo seasoning and air fry for 25 mins. 
  4. Halfway through cooking time, flip chicken drumsticks.  
  5. Once fully cooked add buffalo sauce and serve! 

Variations:

  • Use tofu instead of chicken drumsticks to make the dish plant-based. 

Notes:

  • Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for no more than 1 to 2 days. 
  • Reheat in the microwave for 1 minute.
