Nutty and Buttery Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:

  • 3 pitted Ajwa dates 
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter 
  • 3 Brazil nuts 

Directions:

  1. Place pitted dates on a plate.  
  2. Line the opening of each date with 1 teaspoon of cashew butter each.  
  3. Stuff each date with a Brazil nut and enjoy! 

Variations:

  • Use any other nut butter instead of cashew butter.  
  • Use any other nut instead of Brazil nuts.  

Notes:

  • Does not store well so best to enjoy fresh.
