Potato Wedges

  • 6 medium Yukon Gold or red potatoes or mix 
  • ¼ cup of olive oil to drizzle 
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic salt 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F. 
  2. Slice the potatoes into 6 wedges of the same thickness. 
  3. Lay the potatoes on a baking sheet. 
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil and season with spices. 
  5. Place potatoes in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. 
  6. Cool down and serve.


  • You can use parmesan cheese on top. 
  • Use greenery to garnish like dill, chives, or parsley.
