USC faculty and staff were invited to participate in a collaborative culinary endeavor: the EatWell Cookbook! Brought to you by the USC Healthy Campus EatWell subcommittee, this cookbook will present a variety of recipes to showcase our campus community’s rich cultures while also highlighting the skills, tools, and resources for efficient, balanced meals.
Whether it’s a treasured family recipe or a time-efficient meal for busy schedules, submit your recipes here. You are not limited to one submission – enter as many recipes as you like!
Thank you to all who shared their recipes. The EatWell Cookbook is currently being reviewed and will be available here in mid-2025. Stay tuned!
Your submission(s) will earn you a raffle ticket with the chance to win prizes.
In the spirit of EatWell, we encourage nutritious recipes, but it’s not a requirement. Our selection criteria encompass factors such as the inclusion of fruits and vegetables, type of fat, cooking method, salt and sugar content, portion size, and more. We will partner with nutrition faculty, staff, and student experts at the university to identify optional ingredient swaps that can be shown alongside the original recipe to help faculty and staff with making choices that meet the needs of their well-being.
